Aspire HR
Talent Suite

Justin worked with AspireHR through Discovery, Define, Delivery, and Deployment phases. He worked with the client to scope work and developers to implement and build.

The view from 30,000 feet

  • Background

AspireHR is a company that is staffed and run by former HR and C-Suite Executives who have a proven track record of managing large and complex organizations.

  • Challenges

Trust was the biggest obstacle in the beginning because AspireHR had just exited from a tumultuous engagement with another consultancy.

  • The Product

AspireHR’s product is a white label talent resourcing platform for both talent and recruitment. It is a desktop and native iOS application

  • Deliverables

Justin delivered sitemaps, user journeys, user flows, and prototypes. Justin built AspireHR’s design system and documentation.

My Process

  • Discover

We were limited on user research we spent much of our time doing “stakeholder analysis” to orient ourselves followed by “good ideas vs bad” ideas as “well as five whys”.

  • Define

After our workshops we synthesized our findings and re-organized our thoughts and data. Some artifacts included SWOT Analysis, Mind Map, and so on.

  • Deliver

During Delivery we kicked things into overdrive and started working on user journeys, service blueprints, and rapid prototyping.

  • Deploy

Deployment consisted of lots of huddles with developers and joint working sessions.

User Journeys + Site Map

Using Miro, I built all user journeys and a sitemap prior to executing on flows
